What if I have issues with my order?

What if I put in the wrong address?
Your order will be cancelled.

Why is the design or color of my product different?
Each product is handmade specifically for you so the color and design may vary but no need to worry it is the same great formula.

Does the color stain the skin?
The body butters do not change the color of the skin. Once applied into the skin the butters will absorb into the skin and will not stain.    

What is the difference between processing and shipping time?
Processing time is the amount of time it takes to make and prepare the product for shipping. All products are made to order so processing time is 3-5 business days. Once the process arrives at the post office the package can take 3-5 to arrive to you depending on where you live in the US.  

What if my order arrives melted?
If your order arrives melted, please allow butter to solidify at room temperature, then use an electric mixer to return it to its original consistency, please note if butters do melt, Jars may not seem completely full because the air pockets no longer exist in the product.
